Testimonies

  • Mary & Family

Several years ago, we sponsored Mary and her sisters, helping them move out of the slums. Excelling in school, Mary transferred to a top school near her mother’s work, where she became the top academic performer and was recently promoted to class prefect.

  • Stella

Stella was forced to work as a maid after her mother couldn’t support her, leaving her unable to attend school. After we intervened, the family she worked for agreed to send her back to school and welcomed her as their own daughter.

  • Baker

Baker had a life-threatening appendix infection and urgently needed surgery, but he couldn’t afford it. We stepped in to cover the cost, and he has since made a fast recovery and is deeply grateful.

  • Fina

Fina was in her final year of primary school but faced expulsion due to unpaid fees. We cleared her debt, ensuring she could stay in school. Thanks to our supporters, we also covered her remaining primary education and daily meals. She has now graduated and, with a sponsor, can continue to high school.

  • Veronica

Recently, we received funding for Veronica to purchase land for her family. Her job barely covers rent, so owning land seemed impossible. When I surprised her with the money, her reaction was priceless. I was there for the signing of the land title, and Veronica wept with joy, overwhelmed with emotion. Seeing lives transformed is incredibly rewarding, and it’s all thanks to the support we receive.

  • Ritah

We started sponsoring Ritah when she was in high school. She has now graduated and is studying to become a pharmacist. Ritah is nearing the completion of her course and we couldn’t be more proud of her.

  • Angel

A few years ago, Angel’s mum passed away suddenly, and her dad has struggled to afford school fees. Recently, we surprised Angel by letting her choose any school she wanted to attend. We took her and her dad to register, covering all costs including transport, lunch, bag, shoes, stationery, and brand new uniforms. Angel can’t stop smiling.
